A grade A listed former Mill building is being converted in phases into modern office accommodation whilst retaining the essential features of the original fabric.

Completely new mechanical and electrical installations are being installed with an emphasis on low energy, sustainable design.

When completed this will be one of the largest mixed-mode ventilation systems in the country with an innovative control strategy which includes over-night cooling.

Phase 1 of this project received the Dynamic Place award 2003; and was runner up for the RIAS building of the year award 2003.
