Consulting engineers are not normally associated with residential developments, but then the residential developments on which we have worked over the years have been anything but normal.  

Irons Foulner have undertaken a regular stream of work on prestigious major residences for private clients and on unusual developments of flats. This work has involved both new buildings and the conversion of historic buildings.  

Many of our large private residences are located in remote areas, and our work in these projects also often involves major infrastructure work such as private water supplies and standby electricity generators.
